End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

BoatGlider, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on any device that you own or control.

2. Restrictions

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the app.
  • Sell, rent, lease, distribute, or sublicense the app to any third party.
  • Use the app in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Ownership

BoatGlider, LLC is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in the app, including all related software, are owned by BoatGlider, LLC. This agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the app.

4. Privacy

Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Updates

BoatGlider, LLC may provide updates, enhancements, or modifications to the app. Such updates may be automatically installed without providing any additional notice or receiving any additional consent. This agreement applies to all updates unless the update is accompanied by a separate license.

6. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. BoatGlider, LLC may terminate this agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete all copies.

7. No Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. BoatGlider, LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoatGlider, LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to this Agreement

BoatGlider, LLC reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. If changes are made, the updated agreement will be provided within the app or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
